We realized the concept of being different and special is something extraordinary to achieve; but then combining it with an unforgettable experience is taking it to a whole other level.  This is the what the very center of Long Island Wine and Cheese Experience was built on.  We knew we had to bring to market something that was never done before, in a format that would have people talking for years to come.  Hence, we designed “The Ultimate Experience”

We started with a vintage 27 foot Airstream trailer; when you think of a unique venue look, you can’t go wrong with the Airstream!  We gutted and renovated this Airstream with top of the line finishing rustic and sleek touches.  We installed a back bar, along with vintage accessories and decor around the unit.  We built our own benches, along with finding incredibly comfortable love seats to go along with them.  

And when it comes to a wine and cheese experience, that’s where we really shine.  We start with a lineup of 6 different cheese to pair with our wines.  From blueberry chevre, to ewephoria and drunken goat, we will have a taste that will fit every palate!  Our wine lineup is even more outrageous!!  We have a DOZEN different Long Island Wines represented, from RG|NY, Pindar, Rapheal, Macari and more!!
